Payment has been received; however, please note that we do not process your credit card until the day of the trip. Full payment is due; cash is accepted as well.
If you would like to use your credit card, please bring it with you to the pier for check-in.
The late cancellation and no-show policy applies.
Confirmation will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hrs.

Directions:
We are on the Pier near the Marriott.
Be at the pier and ready to board at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

At Moomba and (do/say) you are going to the bar, or they will not let you park (you can come back to the bar some other day/time)
If you do not know the area:
It may be a good idea to go beforehand and find the pier with the Orange gate.

(*Discounts for online booking only, no money back on discount bookings; however, if we get to fill up the seats, we do give a refund. *If it is raining (rare), we wait to see if it stops.
However, every passenger must come to the dock; more often than not, we still get to sail. I always check the weather online through several sites for this. If it still rains at the time of the trip and it looks like it is not stopping, we will also refund.
On rainy days, you need to show up at the dock at the time of your scheduled trip for a refund or change the day of the sailing trip…!!
NOTE: There is a full charge for NO SHOWS and any cancellation after 9:00 am on the Sunday of the week you are scheduled.
If you need to cancel, you have until Sunday before your sailing trip to avoid a late cancellation fee. After Sunday 9 am, there is a full charge … this is the email to cancel on… please remember same day cancellations, 24 hrs, 36 hrs, etc., are full charge

Concierges at the resort/hotel call in to cancel, they must leave a message on voice mail with your last name, room number and date of sailing, or the cancellation is not valid…call 593-9758
Inform us in any event so we can fill the seats on the day you are scheduled. If we can, then you will be refunded.
Always check your booking for the date and number of seats. If you did not get a confirmation, you may still have made a booking. Let us know if you did not get a confirmation to avoid being charged for seats you did not use.
We do not charge your credit card till the day of your trip! You can use another payment on the day of the trip.

Please note: There is a $25 charge for every wrong full credit card dispute.
There is a rebooking fee of $35 per person…
For groups, please note that you can only use the card on which the booking was created.
Note: Always ask your insurance provider to obtain cancellation insurance for your travels.
